About the Institute

Our practice was founded by Dr. Warner in 1996.  We offer the full gamut of options including in-lab sleep testing, home tests, CPAP, Inspire, medications, behavioral therapy and more.


The practice was established to offer residents of North Alabama high quality subspecialty care. We have been serving Huntsville, Madison and the Tennessee Valley from our Crestwood offices since 2024.
